  • On-site training aimed at developing a plant HACCP team and constructing a HACCP plan that will meet regulatory requirements as well as your company’s own needs. 

  • Technical assistance in performing a food hazard analysis as required by several of the regulations.  This requires expert knowledge of food pathogens and toxins as well as effective measures to control them. 

  • Customized follow-up to evaluate effectiveness and help the local team solve any problems that may arise. 

  • Degree of involvement may be tailored to meet client needs, budget and availability of local personnel to manage HACCP.  This can range from actually writing the plan together with all flow charts and tables to consulting with the local team leader via phone or e-mail. 

  • Plants that already have HACCP systems can benefit from an outside audit to verify the adequacy of the plan and/or validate the plan’s basic assumptions. 

  • Audits of overall Quality Systems are also available.  This would include the full scope of prerequisite quality programs aside from HACCP, including raw material control, GMP’s, trace & recall, corrective action, non-conforming goods control and other recommended components of a food manufacturing quality system.
